E-mail Issues - Please make sure your Paypal information is correct, especially your email and your address. You will receive a purchase receipt when you order and a tracking number when it has shipped. It is also important we are able to contact you if we have any questions on your order.

Be sure to add aestheticreations@gmail.com and gwylliongirl@gmail.com to your contact list so we can e-mail you or include your phone number in the comments field upon ordering if you prefer. It should come from mike, hannah or orders @aestheticreations.net.

Ship Time - We are doing our best to keep items in stock so they can be shipped out within a week. However, due to time spent on design, product backorder, or unforseen events your order may take a little longer than expected. If you need something immediately please contact Mike first to find out when your order may be shipped, as he knows the inventory and wait time. Paypal will send you notice when most items have shipped and you will get a tracking number.

Response time - Of course not! Because Mike focuses on each and every e-mail in turn, it may take him between 2-7 days to give you the attention you deserve. If you have a pressing issue to discuss, feel free to call him between 9 am and 7pm Arizona time Monday through Saturday 602-430-3250. He may be in the middle of an install or on another call, so please leave a message so he can return your call as soon as he is finished.

Order Process - Mike works on each aspect of our business at least one full day a week. This includes answering e-mails, graphic development and Custom design, dye cut vinyl, small scale printed vinyl, large format printing, and doming. The doming process is a long one! He prints, cuts and then domes each item individually, and then they take 6 days to cure. We do as much as possible, but sometimes there is a high demand, we need to order materials, or there are relentless problems in printing the same item each attempt. (Yes, sometimes an item is cursed!) Which is why it could take up to 6 weeks to get to you. This is not typical, but possible, so please understand this so you are not disappointed when it does! It is difficult to estimate time frame and we would rather surprise you by getting it out to you much earlier than anticipated than disappoint and anger you telling you it could be sooner and then taking much additional time. Do ask us in advance and we can tell you if we have the item in stock and how long it usually takes for your specific order.

Scoop - Some stripes are made for an S but do not have the scoop cut out to make it easier for you to install the graphic. It is much easier to cut the scoop out with a blade than to lay the graphic exactly perfect, judging vinyl stretchability and changes while you are applying it to the bonnet.

Comment fields - Your order can be specified in a comment feld upon ordering. The first step is to either log into Paypal or enter your credit card information. When you click on "Review Your Order" on the left hand side along with your shipping preference options is a link that usually says "Optional Instructions" or "Custom Color" with a plus sign next to it. Clicking on that brings up a little box where you can add instructions to us fr your order. If you miss that step, send the note or address change to orders@aestheticreations.net.

Replacement Stripes - AKA the screw up special...We have attempted to keep some stripes available as replacements and to offer discounts to you for ordering half a set, however we have ended up throwing away quite a lot of unused vinyl. We must print them as a set, therefore we regret we are unable to sell them singularly. We will offer you a discount for a full set based on our own cost of vinyl and labor involved, up to 25% off regular price. So don't be too angry at yourself, your child, your dog, the story will be funny to tell eventually.

Order Placement and Problems - Make sure your pop up blocker is off, as the Paypal shopping cart comes up in a seperate window. Or look behind or minimize your screen to find it. You can easily order outside of Paypal by clicking on "Continue" on the left side of the screen under "Don't have a Paypal account?" on the log in page. Another screen will again prompt you to login to your account or sign up for one, but underneath it click on "Continue without logging in". We pay extra for a service that does not require Paypal and you can use a Credit or Debit card or even pay with an e-check. Paypal does not keep your information nor do we ever receive it, it simply processes the order.

Installers blaming our vinyl for problems they encounter - We choose our vinyl based on quality, color, and ease of use for each area of the MINI. It is high performance, a higher grade than the calendared, thich vinyl most sign shops use. Some vinyls are Dry Apply only, meaning that if it gets wet it will be disastrous! Most tint shops use only the wet apply method for their product. If your vinyl is Wet Apply we will send you instructions for that method. Please make sure your installer is used to working with a variety of Vehicle Wrap quality materials and is willing to read our instructions and contact us with questions. Mike has performed hundreds, possibly thousands of installs and has encountered virtually any problem that could arise, and there is an easy fix to any predicament you or your installer may encounter. Our goal is to help you successfully apply an awesome decal to your beloved MINI. However, we are not responsible for overlooked instructions or defiantly not following directions, blaming us or the vinyl for problems because you aren't familiar with the particular type of vinyl you received. Again, we are always available to answer questions and to help you make this a positive experience, and even have a list of installers to choose from.

Vinyl - We use high performance 5 to 7 year outdoor vinyl. Our vinyl brand choice depends on color, printability and durability for the effect we are trying to achieve. We will warranty it for 3 years and will replace or fix the item at our discretion. If you live in an extreme climate try to park it out from under the sun and elements. They should last about as long as your paint, so treat them as such. Waxing them can even help prolong the life, and using a commercial vinyl refresher helps as well. And no it will not ruin your paint, but the paint under the graphic may be a different color than the rest of the body when you remove it, depending on how your paint has faded.

Removal - Pull off the vinyl slowly on a warm day. If it's cold out use a heat gun or blow dryer as you pull them off. To remove the rest of the adhesive use Goof Off or lighter fluid. Our vinyl should be fairly easy to remove, but if removing a poor quality, cracked graphic you may need to look into having it professionlly done.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

We will make every attempt at our discretion to assure your graphic is quality and as you ordered, and that we get it out to you as quickly as possible.

Custom Graphics: There will be no refunds on custom graphics because they are a costly unique print and cannot be resold. You will have approved a mock up, final design, and the print, so if there is not a print issue there should be no reason to return the item. We will, however, reprint and install a graphic if it is in our error and will determine the best way to do this on a case by case basis.

Stock Graphics: We make most items to order and cannot give you a full refund if there is nothing wrong with the product. When we make an exception there will be a restocking fee to be determined with each item. We will consider an even exchange if the item is likely to be resold, on a case by case basis.

Time issues: Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get product out to you. Please understand we are just as frustrated as you are and will have probably spent time correcting issues and money on product attempting to make your item. Please let us know if you have time constraints in advance so we can let you know of any concerns we may have getting it to you by then.

We want each customer to be happy with their purchase and will make every attempt to ensure quality work each step of the way. Please understand that we desire to make things right with you in the end so please contact us if you have any issue so we can work out the best option for all concerned.
